All Orders are subject to acceptance by the Company, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any Order at any time for any reason, including but not limited to Product availability, errors in Product or pricing information, or where we suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity. 4.4 Pricing and Payment. All prices displayed on the Website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. The Company reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice, provided that any such change shall not affect Orders already confirmed by the Company. Payment for Orders must be made through the payment methods available on the Website at the time of placing the Order. You represent and warrant that you are authorised to use the payment method selected and that the payment information provided is accurate and complete. The Company shall not be responsible for any additional charges, fees, or levies imposed by your bank, payment provider, or any third party in connection with your payment.

4.5 Availability. All Products are subject to availability. The Company reserves the right to limit the quantity of Products available for purchase and to discontinue any Product at any time without prior notice.

5. Delivery

5.1 Delivery Terms. The Company shall use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver Products to the delivery address specified in your Order within the estimated delivery timeframe communicated to you at the time of placing the Order or in the order confirmation. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. The Company shall not be liable for any delay in delivery caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, transport disruptions, supply chain interruptions, or force majeure events.

5.2 Delivery Charges. Delivery charges, if applicable, will be displayed at the time of checkout and will form part of the total Order amount. The Company may, from time to time, offer free delivery or discounted delivery charges, subject to such terms and conditions as the Company may specify.

5.3 Risk and Title. Risk in and title to the Products shall pass to you upon delivery of the Products to the delivery address specified in your Order, or to a person authorised by you to accept delivery on your behalf.

5.4 Inspection on Delivery. You are advised to inspect the Products upon delivery and to report any damage, defect, or discrepancy to the Company within 24 hours of receipt. Failure to report any issue within this period may affect your ability to claim a refund or replacement under Section 6 below.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

6.1 Cancellations. You may cancel an Order prior to despatch by contacting the Company through the channels specified in Section 18 below. Once an Order has been despatched, cancellation may not be possible. Where a cancellation is accepted, any payment received from you will be refunded to the original payment method within a reasonable period.

6.2 Returns. Due to the perishable nature of food products, returns are accepted only in the following circumstances: (a) the Product received is damaged, defective, or materially different from the description on the Website; (b) the Product is past its expiry date at the time of delivery; or (c) the wrong Product has been delivered. To initiate a return, you must contact the Company within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the issue, your Order number, and a description of the problem.

6.3 Refunds. Where a return is accepted in accordance with Section 6.2 above, the Company will, at its discretion, either issue a full or partial refund to the original payment method or provide a replacement Product, subject to availability. Refunds will be processed within a reasonable period following verification of the return. The Company shall not be obliged to issue refunds where the Product has been consumed, opened (unless the defect was not reasonably discoverable without opening), or where the issue arises from improper storage or handling by you after delivery.

6.4 Consumer Protection. Nothing in this Section 6 is intended to exclude or restrict your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, or any other Applicable Law.

7. Use of the Website and Prohibited Conduct

7.1 General Obligations. You agree to use the Website and Services lawfully, ethically, and in accordance with all Applicable Law, and you shall not engage in any conduct that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Website or Services or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the Website or Services. The seat of arbitration shall be Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, and the language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitral tribunal shall consist of a sole arbitrator mutually appointed by the parties. If the parties fail to agree on the appointment of the arbitrator within thirty (30) days from the date of the request for arbitration, the arbitrator shall be appointed in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
