Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Please contact our customer support team at the earliest to initiate a cancellation.
- Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
- To cancel an order, reach out to us via Email, WhatsApp, or Phone. Response timelines are as per our Customer Support Policy.
Return Policy
We follow a no-returns policy as a general rule. However, we understand that exceptions happen. Returns will be considered only in the following cases:
- Wrong product delivered
- Product received in damaged condition
