How spicy are they really?

Is there a spice level indicator?
Yep! Each pack comes with a handy Spice Meter so you know exactly what kind of fire you’re signing up for. Choose your heat level and go for it!
What’s the shelf life?
9 months from the pack date. Just store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.

Not yet! Our noodles are made with refined wheat flour and do contain gluten — not suitable for gluten-intolerant folks.
